Do we learn as we get older
(Preview)
So here is the thing - I am 53 years old now and love my work, but I expected that by my age I would have seen everything and learnt not to be disappointed by how things dont always turn out the way you want! I went to see a client in November and after a couple of discussions talking them through various pro...

Labour party in a mess
(Preview)
Some people may say that the Tories are very divided, but the Labour party is in a right mess and has been for sometime. 7 resigned this morning. One has already lost the whip and is effectively independent. Expect more to resign over the next few weeks. My MP is Luciana Berger - I am not surprised she has r...

After a long and arduous year, last Friday was the day when I was due to fly home to Spain from the UK after my final business meeting of the year. It didn't go to plan - not the meeting, the flying home bit. I left my colleague's house at 2pm Friday and got the train to Gatwick. Checked in my luggage (overwe...

As there is a lot of speculation and interest on another thread it seems like the time has come say what I know - I hope no-one is or would be annoyed that I am sharing it but there was such a demand for information I feel I needed to. A couple of years ago (June 2016) after openly wondering where ISF was in a thr...

Hi All I am not normally one that jumps on bandwagon monthly initiatives, but this month I am going to try and give the scroll free September a bit of a go. Radio 4 Living for the City - Corinne Bailey Rae
(Preview)
Very much a niche subject this! But it anyone is interested this is an excellent listen https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b0bh440w I have to admit a slight bias as a massive fan of Corinne Bailey Rae - to make my world complete I can also admit to a personal interest. As is discussed on the programme,...
