I told David to ask Naomi, but he hasn't done it yet (I think). I don't want her to play - we don't have a team that has a good chance of winning it, so it's no use. She could play women's events instead.
We did very well at the beginning and qualified as the group winners. But unfortunately we suffered a shock defeat to Serbia in the main draw and finished fifth overall.
Our 18s team lost to Croatia in the fist round. Kat Brown lost to Petra Sunic by 64 57 26 and Broady to Tamara Stojkovic by 61 16 46, before Windley and Broady won the doubles.
But great news from Queenswood...
Britains Zone B qualifying campaign began in style at Queenswood School, Hertfordshire, on Tuesday when they beat top seeds Bulgaria 2-1.
Stephanie Cornish lost the opening singles rubber before Jocelyn Rae levelled the tie at 1-1.
Rae and Laura Slater then combined to win the decisive doubles 6-4 in the decider to clinch victory. The British team now faces Denmark.
