It does. Digging a bit further, Oliveira is a 17-year-old with no real ITF junior record to speak of but he did also bagel Daniel Glancy (IRL) WR 994 in the FQR and also managed 3 straight sets wins to get through qualifying for a Spanish Futures event recently, though he then lost in 3 sets to a player outside the top 1000. Maybe Toby wasn't feeling good and just had a very bad day.
