Not a straight-forward first round draw...

R1: [3] Brydan Klein WR 187 v Omar Jasika (AUS) WR 285 (CH 256 a couple of months ago), age 18, ex JWR 6

Playing doubles with Dane P, as usual.

I think he's Dane, not Dan (not that it makes much difference but too many 'Dans', a 'Dane' or two is good - so said the Saxons, never)

Correct & now corrected.  Once I misspelt it the first time, the damage was done courtesy of copying & pasting! hmm

L16: (3) Brydan Klein WR 188 beat (Q) Dayne Kelly (AUS) WR 702 (CH = 311 in September 2010) 6-3 3-6 6-3

Kelly after being broken for 5-3 in the final set more than loud enough for everyone including Brydan to hear - "[First bit inaudible because of umpire on next court, but something about handing the break on a plate.] He did absolutely nothing, as he always does. Absolutely nothing.

Brydan then hits three aces in a row to win the match, then tells Kelly he played very well at the handshake.
