New fantasy event - world invitation event

Don't know if you are aware but the LTA have run something similar with a Mixed Doubles theme. The "final" is taking place today with Andy/Serena playing Jamie/Martini Hingis.

The problem with their event has been that Jamie Murray has appeared in 3 of the 8 mixed doubles pairings and in the SFs ended up playing against himself - Jamie/Martina vs Jamie/BMS. He also lost to Andy in the QFs partnering Jelena Jankovic.

Oh, I'd not been aware of that Bob. I'll scrap my idea, wasnt too excited about it anyway!

Not trying to put you off your idea and I'm sure that if you weren't aware of the LTA version, plenty of others on here wouldn't be either. In fact, if you manage to avoid have the same player appear in various different pairings, your event will undoubtedly be better than the LTA one anyway.
