For Jack - I hope he relishes the experience. In the long term I think it will do him good. The memory of playing Novak, hearing the crowd chant his name - its going to motivate him in the off season, and in the challengers to get to that level. An unforgettable experience - enjoy yourself lad!

More than any of the brits - I want Liam to come through. He deserves it, and hes proved to me this year that hes a top 100 player.

Whats happened to Pouille for him to be so low ranked now? Injuries?

Thoughts and prayers for Draper

Although it will be a great experience for Jack, to win a round or even two and substantially lift his ranking probably would have been more useful currently,

I'm not sure what I think of Jack's draw, but a potential centre court match for him has got to be good for experience, as well at to play Novak to see how his game matches up and he responds to big occaisions.

Yes. Pouille was out for 18 months or so (and was arguably suffering beforehand) - right elbow injury and surgery. I think he may have had to change his serve motion because of it

Looking at it more closely. With djoko v Jack opening on Monday centre court and Andy and Dan in that half also, Monday could be a bumper day on the two main show courts.

In the lower half, presumably fed v Mannarino will be centre stage but Cam v Pouille will surely get one of the two main courts also - the star attractions in the lower half are fewer than the top half.

If our players were in top form I'd put a few quid on winning all these, apart from Jack(!), but Jay is on some walkabout and needs a new coach (imo) - Dan is a 50/50 given how good Lopez is on grass. Good draw for Liam, would love to see him win a round again (I saw him beat Matosevic in 2015 in a tough 5 set match)

Is it certain that Djoko v Jack will open on Monday? Just trying to gauge how early I have to wake up!

Well, Djoko is defending champion, albeit 2019, and didnt get opening honour last year, so pretty certain he will get the traditional slot this year...

Remind me though - show courts start at 1pm and not 11am, right?

Not sure about Dan and Cam being on one of the two main courts. Maybe Courts 2 or 3?

Top half of the draw plays Monday right? Got court 2 on Monday so hoping I might get aBrit or two on it.
