That is unfortunate - both JH and HH have a good record at mixed and could have gone a long way.

Lloyd/Jodie v Luke/Asia - and Ken in the same section - also unfortunate.

I'm really surprised that Jamie isn't in the draw. He always plays Mixed and would obviously get in on his ranking.

I think Jamie may be a wee bit injured tbh. I saw something on Instagram I think she has he getting his jaw realigned but it was something to do with his hip or other part of body but manifesting elsewhere.

Away from the Brits Kygrios and Venus team up, Nico Mahut and Mladenovic are top seeds

They have done in the past.

They would have needed a wild card to get in anyway - and perhaps Liam didn't want to play.

The other British entries who didn't make it were:

Mr and Mrs Murray Sharan
Aidan/Emily
Anton/Naiktha
Arthur/Tara

Bruno is another that plays a lot of mixed and isn't in the draw.

Have Sam & Divij ever played mixed together?

Cut is at 182. My advice, sign in as alternates.

Not ranked anywhere near high enough to make draws usually.

As Wolf says, bigger draw and weaker field here (hardly any singles players competiting, particularly on the men's side), but another couple of late withdrawals would get this pair in.

Also no Jay. No one trusts him not to stitch them up
