Nice one. Neo is a newbie (obviously ). Age 18. JCH of 58. Good that Felix dispatched him so easily.

Felix has a walkover into QF

I think that, in an of itself, will get him up to about 524

Felix has a really good few months coming up

Nothing to come off until May - then one point in May, I think, and 4 points in June

Lots of room for new counters

He's a slamdunk for the top 500 in the next 6 months

QF: (5) Felix Gill (GBR) WR 534 v (4) Roman Andres Burruchaga (ARG) WR 527

Both lads are 19-20. Both have pretty much identical rankings. The Argentinian got to JWR 18, Felix to 28 (not much in that)

The bookies have Roman as clear favourite.

Bookies seemingly right so far ..... Felix lost the first set 1-6

Having looked at the Argentinian's track record, he is 100% a clay courter - all his junior points came from J1s in Brazil etc and he's barely played an adult match that's not been on clay.

So the confirmed dirt-baller is maybe a little too strong for our Felix....
