certainly makes interesting reading and will make the Masters 1000 events the centre of the ATP universe (and maybe WTA if they follow suit). Paris mens getting moved to February would , IMO , boost that.
From a womens perspective, the IW/Miami/Madrid/Rome/Cinci/Canada events all effectively run alongside the mens, so presumably they will remain joined in structure. Although Madrid this year for womens is very different to the mens, starting this week. But on the WTA, the Doha/Dubai event and Chinese events in Beijing and Wuhan (if they return) stand out as sore thumbs in terms of kudos and merit and so perhaps the WTA need to be carefully re thinking their calendar as well. Of course, if the ATP and WTA joined forces as has been proposed by some, these things could be solved much more easily
