Yes, according to the ITF, one a $15,000 event, the other a $25,000.  I wondered how long it would before someone questioned the apparent duplication!

Gosh , youre right ! One is at tennis club Monastir and one at a hotel site. Well I never . I think last season they had a challenger and itf at the same time, in Monastir or was it Antalya , but never two itfs

They did do this already in futures this year in weeks 2, 3 and 4.
