Seoul Challenger R1: The one that got away (sadly) Ryan Peniston went a set up against no. 5 seed Christopher O'Connell AUS WR 109 (CH 97 in Jul) and had two match points in the final set tiebreak but the Aussie ends up scraping through 5-7 6-3 7-6(6)

Yes, I couldn't sleep last night so watched a lot of Ryan's match. Sadly it slipped away in the tie break having been ahead for most of it (the tie break that is).

I see Jay lost in straight sets 6-2 6-2. Since he won a challenger back in May I make it 3 wins and 12 defeats. Hopefully he gets a good run soon. Looks like South Korea for another tournament and then one in Japan.
