 Certainly a nice run of South American clay challengers for him. Though he won the title in his first one a month ago so he has been in rather good form from the get go.

Cecchinato beat the Argentine lucky loser, Burruchaga, by retirement who had himself beaten the Argentine second seed (Etcheverry) in three sets in the first round...

 Hadnt realised Cecch had fallen so far, was he injured? French Open semis 2018, ex WR 16. Tough
