Not in the draw on my laptop he isn't, nor in tomorrow's OoP nor in the QR2 matches listed on Sofascore, yet he's still showing there as having won the QR1!  I'm forced to conclude that he did in fact lose.

TNNS app and Sofascore both show him winning 4 and 1

 

itf now show him as having lost though in the results
