I have the men's Futures tour bookmarked & got a totally different error message whenever I clicked on it first thing, but the above explanation when I tried gaining access via Google.  It's been "fixed", though it took some time after it came back up to start working more or less normally.  So much for upgrades, though.  The only obvious difference I can see is a change of font!  

Off topic, I can't believe the ITF used a native French-speaker to translate the English text.  It's appalling!  Even I could have done better than that!  At the very least, I'd have got the accents the right way round!    The Spanish ain't much better.
