L32: George Loffhagen (GBR) WR 702 def. (1) Ly Nam Hoang (VIE) WR 245 6-3 6-4
Really good dominant display - led by excellent serving
But, George, from your oldest forum fan - please - when you've got the upper hand, and you get a break point, don't just go for silly, flamboyant shots (which go out, by a mile, obviously) - the other guy is stressed, make him suffer, he'll give you a short ball if you wait a couple more shots
George had second break points, in two other games in the second set, and blew them badly. In the end it didn't matter - but it made the end of the set far tenser than it needed to have been. He wasn't that far off getting broken back. Got a tad lucky, tbh, in the final game to hold and close out the match

Apart from that, friggin' brilliant
Would love to know if George reads this forum - and takes your advice
If you do read here George, congrats on an excellent win today. Top 500 should be your next target.

Delighted to see that unexpected result! His reward is a Korean qualifier in the next round:

Should be a doddle...
A further reason for his win is that he never allowed his opponent to get a single break point let alone win one, well done George.
