Some tasty doubles matches particularly for the Murray bros.

I think an Evans - Murray (A) partnership may be an excellent way of extending both their careers.

Liam gains direct entry to ATP  events twice in a row weeks, I'm prettty sure this is a first for him.  He has been helped by the risibly low last direct entry in Newport (249!) and the fact that this week's Washington event is a 48 player draw. Let's hope he can win some matches!

Must Moutet always behave like a total lunatic on court. That can only be described as brazen gamesmanship throughout Liams service game at 5-3. That said, Liam should never have lost that point at 30-30.

Liam takes that first set on a whitewash of a tiebreak, including a point penalty for Moutets second code violation.

Did well to win that in the end with it swinging from 5-3 to 5-6 set point Moutet.

More evidence that top singles players are better Doubles players than the best in the world.

Moutet should have been disqualified for his antics hopefully Liam serves this out here. Liam looks a bit confused by the antics but making it work to his advantage.

in the case of Andy and Dan, two excellent doubles players - I would like to see them go for the Olympics next Summer, maybe a swan song for Andy? Would be really good if their rankings allow it, not sure exactly how it works?
