the second seed here is (2)Nicolas Moreno De Alboran of the States. I noticed from wiki that he has links to the UK .
Personal
Moreno de Alboran, a Spaniard-American, was born in New York City. He moved to London as a teenager, where he attended Ibstock Place School in Roehampton, finishing in 2015.[4] He trained at Dukes Meadows in Chiswick and represented Spain in junior events, then switched to the United States.[5] He also played rugby and soccer while growing up.[6]

On the LTA ranking site he is shown at 10th in the LTA Combined Rankings and still seems to have some alignment to Middlesex competitions.lta.org.uk/ranking/ranking.aspx

Not sure if anyone knows anymore, he seems a person of the world and very much aligned to USA and Spain as opposed to GB, but just found it interesting
