FQR: (ALT) Alastair Gray WR 523 vs Pedro Rodenas (ESP) WR 609 (CH = 553 in August)
Can we still call him 'Ali' when he's a Alastair
I don't see why not. It's a common enough shortened form of any variant of the name. CD's suggestion of "Ally Pally" is just plain ridiculous, especially to anyone living in North London, as I do. It also defeats the object of having a shortened form!

I hope youve been popping up to see the darts each day the past couple of weeks, SC?

Nope. Not interested in darts & in any case, (free) parking near Ally Pally itself is an absolute nightmare. That said, I have been keeping an eye on young Luke's progress, but only because he's only 16.
