Strongbow - that's her lowest doubles counter. She's only playing singles, and has several 2 and 3 pointers, plus a couple of 1-pointers.
Emily W-S on the other hand has a 1-pointer doubles counter.

I was trying to show why she's not playing doubles this week - but didn't make it clear.

Good to see Emily A get the win (and glad to see shes having a week focused on singles). I was wondering why she chose to play abroad rather than in Sunderland, but seem to recall a minor complaint from the Appletons about the inside temp/conditions at an early GB event last year (possibly Sunderland?). And I guess shes not based up north so may as well travel if thats her preference.

She doesn't play many UK events these days but probably will be interesting for 250/125 events given her doubles ranking.
Might be a battle for the GB #10 spot with Ella and Emily playing this week - points will go on 3rd Feb.
Emily drops 19 points on 03/02. She would need to take the 35 title points here to have a chance of passing Ella ( well unless she sneaks into a higher level event next week and earns further points ).
