Katie Swan is listed as a alt for W35 Arcadia. I know Alts aren't normally listed on here but it's positive news that she is now entering tournaments.

That will be just over the six months since she retired at Roehampton. Her ranking then was 584 on entry and she has just dropped out of the rankings altogether. She could have used her special ranking here, although it wouldn't get her into qualifying although the withdrawal deadline is tomorrow.

Would we expect Jodie and Heather be in singles qualies as well? Presumably they wont just be there for the doubles alone?

Jodie is in the main draw. Heather probably in qualifying - they're not listing qualifying players.

Yes, I think that even Duracell Billy should have a wee rest rather than move on from India to Mexico.

Jodie listed as WR189 (which is her current ranking) and isn't the last entry, so must be in without using her Spevial Ranking (SR).

Six Brits in the doubles field !

Really ? That seems to make it a v low cut for a 250 event, or is that normal?

Jodie is in with a SR. Rus is last in at 88. The players field only shows current rankings. Those ranked below Jodie - McNally is in with a SR, Mandlik is a wild card.
