Still annoyed at her for taking another WC. Muchova if she can get through this one.
Qualifying isn't finished yet - you'd think they could have made the draw a coule of hours later ! I see Alexandrova has landed in the same spot as in Doha - with Sabalenka next if she makes it through.

It feels like following Robbo again, hope dwindling and losing interest. As with the common consensus on this board, I just hope that she stops taking WCs. It's great that she won the USO, but for it's it's the worst thing that could have happened to her career wise.
This is typical of the matches they need to win to progress further up the rankings - could have been better but avoided the top four seeds (who have byes) for a couple of rounds.

Time for Emma to things around and get a win. She's not injured or unwell. Reached rd3 of The Aus Open and has been on the starting line in the others where she lost rd1. Sooner or later some wins have to kick back in again.

Now, apart from her WC helped along lack of matches, just lacking much of a coaching set -up when she was already making changes ( eg. to her serve) with Nick.
