Here we go, an interesting and, dare I say, slightly less big name field than many months, and intriguing as a consequence.
Poll will close Tuesday night at 9pm, if you vote please tell us and why, as it keeps it interesting for others!
1. Emily Webley-Smith for winning the W35 in Switzerland - her 27th doubles title at the age of 40. Still enjoying the tour and competing fiercely despite living almost hand to mouth on the meagre prizemoney available.
2. Luke Hooper (age 19) - his first ATP point (aka Bob's theory that everyone getting their first point deserves a nomination - and I enjoyed one of Luke's matches last year too, so that will do) )
3. U12 Boys Winter Cup team - Kai Hodkinson, Cameron Rae & Tomas Gabor - won the title !!!! First GB win since 2012 (with Draper, Fearnley and Loffhagen)
4. Isabelle Lacy - at the ITA National Team Indoor Championships Isa had her college breakout performance impressing when stepping up to stand in 2 places higher up the singles order for the weekend's 3 matches, winning 2 and, in the 3rd match, being a set and break up when the 3rd tie was finished, getting Virgina's only set, when all her teammates were losing heavily. The weekend included an impressive first win against a ranked opponent (and top 20 and L16 NCAA finalist at that).
5. Francesca Jones - for reaching a new CH, having a great week reaching the SFs in the WTA in Cancun, and for generally being an inspiration to all
6. Ben Jones - for winning the M25 doubles title at Roehampton, and making the QFs in the singles (and for having to put up with Greg's cheerleading from the stands? Just joking - well, sort of )
7. Oliver Cox - aged 18 and world ranked 35, beat top seeded, former world number one and legend of the game, David Wagner (WR11) in the last 8 at the Bolton Indoor series 3 wheelchair quad singles; he followed up by beating 4th seeded German (Laudan) to move into the final against compatriot, Greg Slade.
8. Arthur Fery - for winning the M25 title at Roehampton, his first title since 2023 and doing it unseeded and without losing a set.
9. Greg Slade - Greg, seeded 3, won the Bolton Wheelchair Indoor Series 3 event singles and doubles titles to cap a very good week for him. He then followed up by winning the Series 2 event, also in Bolton, unseeded, where he beat the top 2 seeds and both top ten players on the way to the title. What a two weeks for Greg, maybe the second week is a career high and a breakthrough to make him a name - expect to see him at Wimbledon in the summer!
10. Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool - for winning the ATP500 title in Doha. This is their second ATP500 title together (and Lloyds third at this level). It cements their position as number 3 in the ATP race and moves Julian to a new career high inside the top 20
11. Oliver Bonding - for winning his first M15 title - he beat 5 players all ranked above him, 3 top 1000 incl Ben Jones and Emile Hudd and all in straight sets. As a result, his ranking will halve and more as he heads into the 900's as a result
12. Daniela Piani - won back-to-back J200 doubles titles in Santo Domingo with different partners, her 2 highest junior titles to date.

Very hard this month to decide! My own personal short list is coming down to Oli Bonding, Lloyd and Julian and Greg Slade.
Oli Bonding winning a first ITF title was a real high of the month; Julian and Lloyd winning the 500 title possibly the big win of the month; but Greg Slade won his biggest title, won titles in 2 weeks, remaining unbeaten, and took the doubles as well.
And probably got me the personally most excited of the month in doing so. So, I am voting for Greg!
Note that this season, all PoM votes will be using a roughly 36hr voting window eg Monday morning to Tuesday evening - where possible, it may change if we end up with a month requiring semis votes before a final.
I dont plan to push for votes as often this season, so will not be looking to put outline scores on the doors until much nearer the end of the vote, certainly not until the second day.
Im also, due to the slightly shorter voting period, not expecting as many votes as last year - not a massive drop off but a few votes less. So EVERY vote will count and every person who votes could make a difference. So please support it if you can!
As a reminder, the top two in each PoM make player
Of the season, if not already qualified. So extra incentive to vote and make it count.
I was quite surprised but turns out we have 3 past PoM winners in this months field - Fran (who has a pack leading 6 titles to her name); Julian Cash ( who won one in tandem with Henry Patten a couple of years back) and Arthur Fery who won one of the very early ones when COVID had just hit and we were following things like Battle of the Brits.
This month is a tough choice! I was torn between Oli B, Fran, Greg, Julian and Lloyd and the U12 Boys, who all had an excellent month. I've gone for Oli B because that first M15 title and the opposition he beat to win it is very impressive at this stage in his career.
Voted for Julian and Lloyd for their continued progress.
It's interesting that Billy Harris with one final, two semifinals and a quarterfinal and a close to career best ranking didn't even get nominated. Is that because we felt he underperformed and should have won a title and/or reached the Top 100?
I didn't nominate this month so I can't complain, but in a low key month, it's curious that no one thought of him.
Made an error missed Oliver and voted an old fav Fery but I'd have voted Oli! My bad read better next time.
Hi Danny1312 - it is your call but if you genuinely would have voted for Oli (B, I presume, not Oli Cox? Not that Oli Cox isnt deserving!) then I am happy to take that into account and make a manual adjustment at the end.
I cant take people changing their mind but I think if it is a genuine pressing the wrong button, I have taken that into account in the past, it is just one of those things.
Let me know what you want to do, count it for Oli and take it from Arthur, or go all in for Arthur!

Yeah, I ummed and arred about Billy, but I think he just didnt quite make it; Billy has had a lot of historic nominations because of the effort he puts in, I think, as a board favourite on the mens side. He has probably reached a level where people look at performance and ask if he quite made it; I can't recall the detail, but he was seeded v highly in all of those weeks and would have been top seed last week based on ranking. So I think, me for one, felt he fell just a little short - certainly a title and/or top 100 would have got him in the list and, quite possibly, won it - slim margins and maybe he was hard done by!
17 votes in now, remember we are looking to close at 10 pm tomorrow night, although I will confirm that when I set the timer this evening for the 24 hour countdown.
Thanks to those who commented above on what they voted - it does help, I believe, draw attention to the vote and the more votes, the more interesting it is and the more authentic the outcome.
So please , if you vote, comment on who you voted for and why!!
