Interesting / strange the ongoing doubling up of M25 and M15 outdoor hard events in Monastir, Tunisia.
Overall the M25s have rather stronger fields but it is a right mixture of rankings between the two.
The M15 is in the middle of Monastirv - the M25 is in the tourist complex along the coast around 6km west. Interesting though that they are laying on more tournamts.
Monastir seems to be taking it to an extreme but the idea of resort based runs of events week after week has played out in a number of places now - Antalya, Sharmh, Italy has a place that is doing it, Costa Rica did for a while and may still do so, and I noticed San Diego seemed to have a run of ITFs week after week going on recently. But Monastir with 15/25 events week in week out is a different league!
Good to see Katie Swan in qualifying at The Palma W50, slowly making her way up the levels after winning W25 then SF in W35. Then a nice long recovery watching Wimbledon

Let's see if she actually plays. It would mean she's unavailable for Wimbledon qualies although I would expect that the only way she would get in is through the play-offs this week.

I think she should forget about Wimbledon qualies this year ( tough as that may be as the years pass by ) and just look to that Spanish tournament next.
Doubt her level is yet there anyway, good as it is to see her getting in matches and steadily pushing on

Agreed - theres more to tennis than Wimbledon and coming to the grass for maybe one match is daft. Something to aim at for next season. She can come and watch Alex play if she wants the grass vibe.

I do actually agree with you - but there's a few that have picked her for the wild card competition.
Surely she has no intentions about Wimbledon other than watching, doesn't she?. She's trying to play tennis without suffering a relapse rather than playing tournaments she's ill-prepared for. I hope sense prevails
