Just waiting for the draw to be posted on either the WTA or the official tournament website. Could be ages !

Edit - especially as the official site says the draws are to be made at 3pm, so still a few minutes to go wink

This is the draw on the WTA page with rankings updated to 21st July.

Emma and Marta have a 1-2 record.

Katie has a 1-0 record against Maria

Hmmm, I did think it was a bit strange. Love to See Emma play Naomi if she makes it past Kostyuk.

Well two opponents who have been in lousy form recently. Sakkari is basically a walking bye these days so anything less than a comfortable win for Katie would be a disappointment frankly.

Emma has a tougher draw. I'm not sure she will beat Kostyuk though this is unpredictable. Not sure who is likely to start favourite. Likely to be Osaka in round 2 which I suspect will be as far as Emma will go.
