Yes, sympathy to her family and friends. The BBC ran the story yesterday

I hadnt realised her husband and former BBC commentator, John, was still with us. Hope he has a few years left in him yet.

Angela was rated 121 in the greatest players of all time (men and women in one list) by Tennis Abstract when they ran their year long series a couple of years back.

Indeed, condolences to her family. I hadn't realised that Angela won the French and Australian titles as well as Wimbledon.

Angela was also runner up in the French of 1956 and Wimbledon 1958 losing on both occasions to the great Althea Gibson.
