Amazing to consider Oli T only has 5 counters towards his ranking and is ranked inside the top 400. Hes playing this and then two other US hardcourts challengers - as are JPJ and JoMo- and these fall US challengers have historically typically had a Brit or two that do some good work over them. The climate is kinder, there tends to be a team of Brits together, nice hardcourt surfaces which suit etc.
Feels like Oli and the others can really make some inroads this next few weeks. That said, Las Vegas didnt go so well for JPJ and JoMo last week!

Yes, it's really impressive from Oli from so few counters.
Actually Jack too, being inside the top 200 from only 10 counters.
Per counter ( ie. positive score ), Jack actually averages more than Oli. Though Jack has had a few first round exits and on the tournaments count on the ATP site ( so including R1 exits for 0 points ), Oli would then average more.
Jack: WR 178 on 309 points, from 10 counters and 16 tournaments.
Oli: WR 388 on 128 points, from 5 counters / tournaments.

Very encouraging from both.
Definitely - with JPJ averaging just shy of 20 points per event, if he had his full 19 counters, he would be actually around 150 in the rankings if he had 19 events at 20 points avg.
For Oli, he is averaging 25-26 points per event - that average for 19 events would see him rise as high as the 130's.
