Sorry to be a pendant. She's in with a Junior Reserve place. Junior Exempts - which were renamed Junior Accelerator 3 years ago - are something different.

Junior Reserve places are up to 3 places in each W15 for top 100 juniors who wouldn't get in on their ranking with no limit on how many a player can use.
Junior Accelerator is the top 20 year-end juniors who get 5 places at various levels depending on the year end ranking up to W100s.
