I was looking at Alicia's points and she has a full set of counters and is very consistent, so needs to win a couple of rounds just to see any benefit and even then, it wont create a big jump as the higher you get up the rankings, the bigger the points gap to the next player.

So unless she really pushes on and starts regularly getting to finals at 50/75 then her ranking will stay in the low 200's

She's around 50 points off the top 200, so, yes, she needs some good results to progress further. 16 points for today's win, but that's just a nett 8 to her total. Two 15 point counters to drop in September, but nothing major until the spring.

The ranking points evidence over the last few months suggests otherwise.

Yes, Alicia has played a lot in the last year ( more than any other Brit ), pretty consistent with a lowest counter of 8 points, and unsurprisingly consistently scoring more over time..

She is WR 230 at 03/08 with 342 points.

Her first 9 current counters added from August 2025 to March 2026 have earned her 130 points. Her last 9 current counters added just from April 2026 to August 2026 have earned her 212 points.

Double that scoring  of her last 9 counters ( and remember the clear evidence is that she is getting better ) and you get 424 points from a full 18 counters. These points would have her at WR 190 in the current rankings.

So, I'd say that just by doing what she has been doing of late she would already be very much on course for entering the top 200. Push on further, particularly with such as these finals at higher levels you mention and she'd be moving up a good deal further .

I wonder if reign it in a little bit now re playing quite so many tournanents, though maybe that just works for her, but anyway looking good. Great first 15 months properly on tour, a progressive 15 months.

Most of her counters at present are from W15s and W35s whereas with her ranking now she should be regularly getting into W75s at minimum. I think 200 by end of year is achievable for her if she can do well in some W75s

Alicia beat Sonja in three sets in the first round in Dublin last week.
Sonja had a JCH of 15 in December 2024. Her CH is 630 from February 2025 and she's entered on her SR of 633. She missed a whole year from October 2024 to October 2025
