Oh dear, that looks bad even in relation to some of their other results this year, though I guess the Argentinians are top 30 singles players which lends to that old debate. The Canada Masters champions are dethroned.

At least they came up with that Washington 500 title run last week to mitigate the points loss a fair bit.

Yup. I said it. People do call them this outside of the board. Cashpool for Cah and Glasspool. HelioPatten for Heliovaara and Patten.

Or y'know, Ram and Salisbury.

Eta: I'm sure i am causing deep offense with this post smile

never heard Ramsbury! Theyve not really been a pair for a couple of years though and now only for a few weeks this time.

More seriously, joes come back since April really hasnt caught fire, as you said its been a struggle really with Rajeev and before that with Cabral.

I dont know his plans but do wonder if Lloyd and Julian will stick it and whether Julian and Joe may pair up at some point?

Henry and Harri dont lose any points through the end of US Open it looks like, in fact LTR shows them gaining 80 points. Zeballos and Granollers defend USO 2000 points - at the 5 week forecast, H and H are basically looking at being double the next best pair, basically 10000 plus points to 5000 plus, 5000 ahead. Assuming all things equal in 5 weeks time. In the rankings this is, not the race.

Yes, potentially unheard of rankings dominance, certainly in recent years ( possibly since the Bryans? ) with them having nothing to defend from Cincinnati or the US Open. Certainly safely #1 for quite a while yet.

The additional points projection to 10140 points post the US Open is due to replacing their Cinci zero with a non counter of 180 points. In practice they will presumably play Cinci so it's their Cinci 2026 points that will replace their 2025 zero.

Anyway, hopefully they will have plenty more points to add at Montreal, Cinci, and the US Open.

Match resumed after a lengthy(ish) break at *5-5 in the tie-break for the luxury of something known as a heavy rain shower!
