Yes!

If Alex wins tomorrow and gets lucky with some people ahead of him defending points next week, he could sneak into the Queen's main draw with a direct entry. pray.gif

Last year it was 111...so if he can win and stay there or there abouts and with some withdrawals...he could make it !!!

Btw, my prediction is for Boggo to win....Niemeyer has played 6 matches this week, surely he must be running out of gas. He completely outplayed Bloomfield and has a good game for fast courts with his big serve and serve-volleying style..but Alex generally tends to like playing serve-volleyers.

Boggo beat him in 2 on grass in Surbiton 2003. Niemeyer won a close 3 setter in Valencia last year but Boggo did run out of gas in that one...it was on US hard courts, gruelling match, wasn't as fit as he is now.

The match started at 11 so at least one set should be up by now. Any chance of an update, sheddie?
