So by my reckoning we are looking at a 3pm start (not including warm-up etc), i have to say i am excited about this prospect. Anne CAN win, she has been in winning positions against better opposition much more adept on hard courts - just look at the Bartoli match. She just needs that killer instinct to finally surface; something that the top players have. I really hope she can get in front in the game and stay there, but whatever happens i think it will be a close match.

Yay, Anne takes the first set 6-2

I'm only checking the scoreboard occasionally, but it looks like a closer match than the score suggests - there seems to have been a fair few deuces. That last game took a heck of a long time unless the sb froze!

Edit - I see from goldfish's post that it was indeed quite a long game.

No - I'm listening to R5 live extra playing very loud as it's in a different room but thought I'd give commentary a try. It was a very long game with 7 set points, I think.
