This could be interesting - Changing the rules so that unranked players must also enter in advance...And so my hopes of finding a random future on the day with no players is gone.
In all seriousness though from a cost point of view this is probably a good idea..will be interesting to see how it actually affects the number of players.
Means it is similar to the Ladies entry lists which for me work much better (although interesting once you make the qualifying list you are automatically withdrawn from other lists). Scheduling is going to be even more important next year
