Just one of those days for Boggo where he just couldn't quite get the win despite pretty much matching Ouanna throughout the match, but Boggo didn't quite play well enough in the tiebreaks and really should have won the 2nd tiebreak.
He played well today and his serving when facing break points was excellent, but his return wasn't good enough, and the 2nd serve needs work.
Just need to get a nice draw from somewhere - hopefully next week in Wolfsburg he can get a good draw, as he seems to be playing well enough to score some good points.
hes just not got the mentality for the top 100 never did and never will, a shame because hes had the game a few years ago, but mentaly hes never been there, and now sadly think hes career is over, after this year........ harsh but true guys.

The heartbreaking thing is that he's always there or thereabouts but to be fair and brutally honest, sometimes that's just not enough. I haven't got a clue what it is that causes the inexplicable losses or the bad runs of form... it could all be mental. I don't know, I'm not Alex but there's a hint of the Arvinds here: good enough to get there but somehow doesn't.
Killer instinct? Hunger? Desire? Who knows. I don't wanna write the guy off at all but following him is getting slightly depressing.
If there's nothing significant for him this year...
