The second week of Spanish Grade 4s hasn't been fruitful for Liam Broady, but Tom Allen will try to continue his impressive run.

Girls R1
Alessia Camplone (ITA) d. Roisin Mullins (GBR) 6-1 3-6 7-6(2)
I can't find any scores yet, but according to tomorrow's oop Tom and Andrew must have won, as they are scheduled to play each other in tomorrow's semi.
Tom Allen (GBR) d. (WC) Roberto Carballes Baena (ESP) 6-2 6-1 (Q) Andrew Bettles (GBR) d. (2) Tomas Hanzlik (CZE) 6-0 6-2
That is a very impressive win for Andrew against someone ranked inside the top 200. As a result he makes his first SF and overtakes George Morgan as our second ranked 1993 (behind Oliver Golding), though George has the opportunity to respond in Nottingham next week.

Final
(1) Stanislav Poplaskyy (UKR) v Tom Allen (GBR)
The Ukrainian won his last tournament (a Grade 3 event) and is ranked just outside the top 50, so it is a tough task. Regardless Tom will move up to around 300, just behind the 2 other big movers this year amongst the 1992s (Richard Gabb and Tom Farquharson)
