The match is first up (3pm BST), with Bally having won their previous encounter at the Australian Open. Now if only we can persuade Bally she is playing on a different continent ........

Bally has started the match with her usual epic US hardcourt form. She's down a double break, 3-0..

Bally breaks to go ahead 4-2. ALG serve seems to be slipping, she DFed to gift the break point, but she ties Bally on number of DFs in total.
The 2nd set has swung into Ballys favour, lets hope she builds on this!

Bally has 3 set points but ALG fails to read the script:
2-6 5-5
