Elsewhere in our section in our group Ireland against Luxembourg is 1-1, with Ireland looking strong favourites.
In the other half of our section Belarus lead Bulgaria 2-1 while Hungary have destroyed Cyprus 3-0..
BLR and HUN (and in the end, hopefully GB too) were lucky that both Baggy and Dimitrov declined to play.
Luxembourg won the doubles against Ireland, so Conor Niland v Gilles Müller is the crunch match - I'd expect Barry King to beat Vermeer if it goes down to the 5th rubber.
I'd be able to go to a home tie in July, so I'm cheering for Luxembourg!

Jaziri does indeed hold on and it is currently, 3-6, *2-2. Good news is that Ward seems to be getting more into the match from the sounds of the LTA updates
