Excessive use of the horn and blocking the junctions is no excuse for Boggo being delayed. (as seen on Times Square )

I think we're just going to have to live with rain delays this week.
I know, you just hope if it's *eeing down here it's nice and dry somewhere else and that
tennis is being played. Dream on.
