if ther rain keeps up it may get jammed up later in the week as there are no indoor facilities aparently.

The Aussie fans on Court 18 (one in particular with a very loud, droning voice and a monotonous line in comments) were so annoying that day! furious Hopefully the Bogster himself isn't aware quite how important that match would be ... wink

They both still have to get to the QFs first though.

Klaasen had had a chance to get used the othe courts in qualifying too. Very impressive scorelines from both Brits smile.gif

I'll be pleasantly shocked if Short has managed to make it 3/3 ...

With Kutrovsky WR 562 knocking out 3rd seed Pospisil WR 296 in 3 sets, Jamie is now the highest ranked player to make SF's which would be a much needed bonus for him.

Erm, "SFs"?!!!  I thought his (very welcome) win took him into the second round, which by my reckoning means that he still has to negotiate two more rounds before he's there! confuse
