If she'd managed to convert one of the break points she held in the 7th game of the second, I'd have had to agree, but as it is: *2-5... cry

Drat, thought she was going to get the break too at 40 - 15 up, but the BPs saved, the 2nd with Razanno's 2nd only ace of the match  cry

* 2 - 5

I concede rather tricky now.

Excuse accepted.  At least you understood my confusion, Mad!  wink  Lost count of the number of times I've seen that spelling on message boards... hmm

Not as bad as "one" for "won" - my pet hate.

Particularly in women's matches,  and more particularly when there are a few breaks going on ( i.e. many of them )  I tend not to give up as quickly as quite a few folk on here often seem to do.

Somertimes my hopes of turnarounds are fulfilled too.  But alas not today

Don't get me started...   Took me all my time the other day not to question JC's reference to a "main drawer"... disbelief

That was not a top draw performance which it would of been if she had one
