Actually I've just had a look at Cetkovska's activity and no way would one say based on her results in the last 3 or 4 months that she is overranked. Maybe just wasn't at her best at Nottingham when Phil saw her.
From outside the top 100, she has shot up the rankings in a period where she has had a 7 - 2 ( now 8 - 2 ) record against top 50 players, which included beating Agnieszka Radwanska and Ivanovic at Wimbledon before taking Lisicki to a tiebreak in the first set of their last 16 match. And now after a pretty umimpressive first few months of the season she is WR 40 ( went up again last week when she got to the last 32 in Cincinnato before losing in 3 sets to Kuznetsova ) and ranked 38 in the race.
I would have been much more worried for Heather if I'd actually looked at that before.

At 26 Cetkovska is having a career year, including some eye catching wins, but she was beaten in the final at Nottingham by Bally and I still standby the fact that she hasn't been a top 50 player for any part of her career until now and for me won't stay there for any length of time.
Clearly though she is playing exceptionally well at the moment so the scoreline against Hev doesn't look half as bad now.
