Great recovery by Anne to win that third set and it now sets up a likely match with Ivanovic with of course Nigel Sears being her coach.

If Anne can play like she did against Jankovic and Ivanovic is slightly off (as she can be), Anne could be a real threat.

And if Anne could but get past Ivanovic, she'd face a Dutch fellow qualifier, Bibiane Schoofs (WR 199), in the QF.  Schoofs earlier saw off Rebecca Marino, who had dumped out the second seed, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, in the first round!  The Dutch girl's obviously a force to be reckoned with, but what an incentive for AK...

A combination of Anne playing lights out tennis and Ivanovic struggling with her back injury sees Anne take 6 games on the trot.

Wow!

Anne is playing well, but Ivanovic is - not. Though I didn't see the first three games, when presumably she was playing better than this.

I don't much like the camera angle here, it's a bit low for my taste.
