Report from TF on Jo's match. Even sadder reading this :
konta choked bigtime here which was a shame. she led by a set and 5-2, and at that point hadn't even faced bp, but after squandering several mp's on feuerstein's serve, she was then broken and her game deteriorated quickly. she missed 5 mp's in total. credit to feuerstein who raised her game and played a few of the mp's very well.
When Jo was losing at the start of the year, this was an issue but I was hoping with the confidence she was gaining from winning recently there would be less days like today. Very frustrating.

Such a pity that for whatever reasons, like last year, Tara has only really started getting more consistent significant wins and points relatively late in the year.
Anyway, hope she can take this even further this week.

Its been a strange year with Tara she hasn;t really moved much in the rankings but seems to have had a few good wins. I know she's had some niggles along the way. Lets hope 2012 sees her making some big moves up the rankings and into GS quallies.
