At a venue like this that is just the local tennis center, court number won't indicate prestige or crowd capacity - probably just order from left to right in the building.
I asked the Tournament's Facebook page for more info about the Sky 'Stream', and this was their reply:-

It's quite funny quite how interested in the Barnstaple 75K the media have suddenly got. LOL Even OEM has been tempted to catch an early train down to Barnstaple, posting pictures of dark station platforms! (though actually, that's one of the less surprising bits of media interest - Neil does at least keep an eye on what's going on at the lower levels unlike much of the rest of the media)
I'd have been tempted too, even from this far away, and not just for the Hev v Laura match ... but as always seems to happen on days like this, it's set to be one of my busiest of the year and I just can't get away

I was thinking the same thing, Sky Sports News is just a news programme and if they had intended to show the full match live they would surely have shown it on one of the main Sky Sports channels. So I concur that they will have cameras there and probably an on site reporter, but will only have timely updates during their news programme, so looks as if we will need Ali's more comprehensive score updates after all.
Just spotted this per SSN twitter:Two of British tennis' brightest prospects meet today for the first time. Heather Watson plays Laura Robson. We're at the match from 10.15am
Iain Bates just been on Sky previewing the match, he was asked who he thought was the likely winner. Answer: Can't answer that, both in great form, whoever plays the best on the day will win. He said the courts are fastish.
Laura 1-0* Heather from sky. The online stream is only free if you have a sky subscription but you don't need sky sports. They aren't showing the whole match, just occasional updates.
