 It would certainly help, though in this case we can reasonably assume that Bally served first (was up 3-0 in set 1 apparently). That way there have been more holds than breaks, which is likely in one of Bally's matches (it would be much more difficult to guess with Anne or Heather)

Tennisforum seems to think she won. They also think that Elena's most likely next opponent withdrew while ahead in her match. So if those two results are right....
