No Brit interest in the doubles final:

SF:  Amy Bowtell & Quirine Lemoine (IRL/FRA) WR 1202 defeated (2) Anna Fitzpatrick & Fran Stephenson WR 895 by 4 & 4 bleh

Bowtell's beginning to look like a woman on a mission to see off all the Brits! bleh  Here's hoping Tara can do something to redress the balance in the singles semi tomorrow.

She's the OWI-BBM (one woman Irish Brit-bashing machine) - 13-1 now against Brits since the start of July 2011 and Tara had been the one spoiling that record.

She has never played Lisa before (in an ITF), so let's hope Lisa can follow up preventing a triple Brit-bash today by preventing a quadruple Brit-bash tomorrow!

What I can't understand is why Bowtell still hasn't cracked the top 500 - does she only beat Brits and lose to everyone else?!

After serving for the match at 5-3 Lisa was pulled back to 5-5. In the tie break she won 7 points in a row to take the match from 0-3 down.
