Fair amount of comment on Mr Corrie in the threads over the past few weeks. Certainly has made a very good start to the year. All the best to him for the final!

This time last year he was going through 4 rounds of qualifing in the USA.

On serve 2-3 (via same Twitter feed!) with Mr Corrie serving second.

Now 3-4 after two breaks, one from either player.

Just found out (from a RT) that Miles Bugby is 'live-tweeting' it - Ed has recovered from a set down to take it into a 3rd.

4-6 6-2 *2-3

OK, managed to find via twitter that it's 1 set all. Ed took the 2nd set 6-2

Miles: "It's not a break till you hold. EC got broke to go 2-4 down but broke straight back to go 3-4."

"It's not a break till you hold once again. Harrison served for it at 5-3. Good game from EC now 4-5"

Breaks galore - Ed had better hold this time though because he won't get another chance to break back!

And Mr Bugby tweets that it's 3-3 change of ends, with Mr Corrie serving. Sounds like a terrific match.

Not quite a Groundhog Week to celebrate Groundhog Day in the US, but so close - both weeks Ed won the first four rounds in straight sets then went a set down to Harrison in the Final but recovered to force a decider.

He will rise over the next two Mondays to a new career high at about WR 430.

So they split the series. At least Mr Harrison should be heading home with a healthy respect for Mr Corrie! Well played to both, and one hopes a harbinger of good things to come. Nice little piece on the duo on the ITF pages, also, by the way.
