Jades in qualifying already and Emily is next in and I reckon a few more might sneak in as there will most likely be some withdrawals

Ok, what am I missing. According to the ITF site JoKo is already well into the main field. EWS, Mel and Anna Smith all into qualies as well. Qualie WCs could well go to Anna F, Lucy Brown (if she doesn't get in on merit)

Interesting to see Amanda Carreras playing here as well :)

Hi everyone. I am new to the forum but have been reading it for a few months now.

Reeltime, what you are missing is a week, the W/C's are for the 75k at Nottingham, where there are no GB women in the main draw. The week you are looking at is the following week the 50k.

So Katy will be available (hopefully as an SE or if not then a Q W/C) (I like Katy).

As for Amanda Carreras, I would love to see her play nas she is one of the few GB women I have never witnesed playing.

Qualifying Wildcards awarded to: Mel South, Anna Smith, Lucy brown and Anna Fitzpatrick

I cant seem to find the mens and the LTA haven't posted anything as of yet.

Possible, albeit unlikely, that James Ward might just make Nottingham as a DA. He was originally 16th alternate but is now up to 8th.

Also Tursunov retired in his singles at RG, Harrison is still involved in singles as is Mahut in doubles.

Is Daneika Bothwick on summer break from college? As she is on the entry list for the 75k. She may just sneak into qualifiers as a few ahead of her are still playing doubles at RG..

I would guess unless there are a whole lot of withdrawals that James Ward, Alex B, Dan Evans and Ed Corrie will get main draw main draw wild cards.
