I wonder if Kyle and Alex will go to the Challenger in Slovakia rather than Morocco next week.
Kyle is now 5th alt in Morocco, Alex 7th alt.....but given it's Friday morning that's nowhere near a gimme for MD. It could happen, but you can't be certain. On the other hand Kyle and Alex are 3rd and 5th alt in Slovakia respectively. It's easier for Alex to travel as he has less time concerns (although it's true Morocco is relatively close for him), but on the other hand Kyle is probably just has a 200 mile train journey Trieste to Slovakia.
Of course Kyle may opt to stay on with the DC team and skip another week of tournaments, although with his break 2 weeks ago, food poisoning last week and acting as DC hitting partner this week, it would be a shame to miss another week of matches.
My guess is Kyle will stay here. The chance to be around and hit with Andy makes it a worthwhile training block. And I don't think they would break up the squad mid tournament. Team morale is the key to our recent success.

However, I will investigate and report back.
Thank you Bob in Spain in Croatia!
If there's a way today for Kyle to ascertain for sure whether he is going to make MD in Slovakia (a phone call), he can sign in over the phone late afternoon today, then take the train Sunday afternoon or even Monday if they are kind with OOPs. If he's in the MD, he can easily do both - DC and the CH.

Alex says he's flying to Rabat to play Kenitra.

Kyle now moved up to 1st alt for Slovakia and I'm not aware of any SE candidates below him, so highly likely to be MD if he wants a tournament where he can stay with the team in Croatia pretty much the whole weekend (i.e. avoid qualies). If we win, he may want to just stay with his team-mates anyway.
A host of withdrawals and Kyle is now in, and it suggest Kyle will play seeing as e has withdrawn from other challengers, surely if he wasn't playing Slovakia he would of withdrawn there too

Strange, can you tell when he pulled out? He put on his Facebook page after his match last night that he was getting an early train to Madrid for a flight to Rabat. Maybe he picked up a niggle ... or they missed the train or flight.

Well he could have just withdrawn from the alts list and be playing qualifying because he doesn't want to fly over to play qualifying and find out he doesn't have a match for a few days because he is in the main draw?
I know people want to play their home tournament, and surface is a factor too, and one shouldn't simply 'target' easy points . . . but there are 4 women's 25k this week:
Shrewsbury - 10 players in the top 200 (Sam Murray won't even be seeded)
St. Malo (just across on the ferry for many) - 5 top 200s (Sam would have been 4th seed)
Bulgaria - 2 top 200 players
Georgia - 1 top 200 player.
