She does indeed hold, and to love at that - good lass! I like a girl that does what she is told
Edit - oh yes, and welcome, Kyle. I was trying to watch Heather's score and keep an eye on the Sampras/Agassi exho which didn't give me much time to read what was on here.

Well done Heather, never in doubt.
It's looking likely that her next match will be against Teliana Pereira, as the Brazilian is currently up a set and 3-0 on Ms. Putintseva.
Either way I think Heather stands every chance, but Putintseva in current form, is probably the better match up; Pereira having just found some form the last two weeks in the two international events in her home country, after a long period in the doldrums.
And so, to Johanna.
The one thing I would wish for more than anything else in British Tennis this year is for Johanna to finally break into the top 100.
She is more than good enough. She won Edmonton so impressively last year, and to my mind in all the matches I've seen, she almost always seems the better player.
That final piece, the belief, or confidence or strength of mind to put her game together on these sort of stages, well, we just need to find her that somehow.
I'll be trying voodoo magic tonight to see if that helps
Best wishes Jo. I believe!
