I thought this was going to have a happy ending, but sadly Boualem breaks to love to end it

I was going to suggest Katy was playing with Elise as Annett, Elise and Katy were hanging around together at Preston, but Harriet has that honour.

mertens clicked in to gear after the first 4 games and harriet fell away 2-6

the belgan actualy won 6 straight games in the set

A miserable day all told in the Azores.
#3 Seed Katy (with Priazhenka) trounced 3&0 in the dubs

Though opponent Ekaterina Lopes is a complete, stone cold, bona fide ringer at UNR for doubles (& 714 in singles), and is only so because she's hardly played the last 9 months.
She may well contend for the singles again this week. Sadly our girls went out before they got a chance perhaps to test her.
